Refund Policy
Order Cancellation, Return & Refund
If you wish to cancel your order, we require notice in writing by email within 7 working days after date of delivery. To start a return, you can contact us at support@treeangle.com.au. Please note that you are responsible for all return shipping charges when deciding to cancel your order. We reserve the right to deduct shipping fees at time of purchase from the final refund amount. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unopened or unused, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. All returned goods should neither be used, nor assembled or part assembled and should be returned with their original packaging, except where the items are faulty. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. Notably, we do not accept returns of damaged products due to customers’ inappropriate care or use. Please allow up to 30 days after your notice of cancellation for us to apply your credit. This Returns Policy does not take away any rights you may have under consumer law. We deeply appreciate your patience and understanding.
Non-Returnable Items
Unless your orders involve product defects, damages, missing parts or wrongful items due to our fault, we cannot accept returns on items on sales.
Defective & Damaged Goods
All orders are pre-checked, inspected and packed under video surveillance before departing our warehouse. In the unexpected circumstance where you find our product faulty, missing, or wrongful, please immediately contact us at support@treeangle.com.au within 5 working days after date of delivery. We will be responsible for arranging the exchange or refund at your preference, whilst covering the shipping costs involved.
