1. Deliveries

How long will my order be shipped?

At Tree Angle, we take shipping seriously as we acknowledge the importance for our customers to timely receive orders. Upon receiving and confirming the order, products will be packed and shipped within 1-2 business days. Once your order has shipped, you will receive a delivery confirmation email with tracking information.

 

What delivery options do I have?

Currently, we offer free standard delivery on all orders over $100 (after application of any discount or promo code) within Australia. If the original amount of your order is over $100 but reduced to less than $100 after applying discount/promotions, the flat shipping rate of $15 still applies. Any order accompanied by request for express delivery will attract additional charges. 

 

When will my order be delivered?

We anticipate transit time to take 4-6 business days for metropolitan areas or 7-9 business days for Western Australia and regional and remote locations in Northern Territories, South Australia, Queensland, and Tasmania. Ongoing monitoring of tracking number(s) for real-time delivery updates is recommended. Early placement of order is always preferred to avoid unexpected delay of transit as logistics service providers can get overloaded with customer orders in certain months (e.g., December). 

 

Delivery to PO Boxes

We currently are unable to deliver to PO boxes. Please ensure the provision of a physical mailing address when submitting your delivery information.

 

Can I delay my shipment to a certain date?

Apology in advance, but we do not offer a delayed delivery option at this time.

 

2. Store Policies

Terms & Conditions of Services 

Orders received by 11:59 pm AEDT on working weekdays (Monday to Friday) will usually be dispatched the following business day. Products ordered on a Saturday or Sunday will be dispatched on the next business day (Monday other than any public holiday). It is the customer's responsibility to check their order before confirmation. 

 

Delivery Terms & Conditions

All delivery charges are shown on the checkout page. We reserve the right to amend all delivery prices and conditions at discretion and without notice. Deliveries will be sent via third-party courier. All deliveries are made to your door. Please note that courier drivers are not responsible for installing your Christmas tree or remove any packaging.

 

All delivery services are offered in good faith. Nonetheless, we do not bear responsibility for items that do not arrive on a particular day. We cannot accept this as a valid reason for order cancellation.

Minors

The Site is not intended for individuals under the age of 18. We do not intentionally collect Personal Information from children. If you are the parent or guardian and believe your child has provided us with Personal Information, please contact us at the address below to request deletion.

• We share your Personal Information with service providers to help us provide our services and fulfill our contracts with you, as described above. For example:

Our processor Shopify uses limited automated decision-making to prevent fraud that does not have a legal or otherwise significant effect on you. • Temporary denylist of IP addresses associated with repeated failed transactions. This denylist persists for a small number of hours.
• Temporary denylist of credit cards associated with denylisted IP addresses. This denylist persists for a small number of days.

At Tree Angle, we fully respect your privacy and will never sell your personal information to a third-party organization or individual. However, cookies are used for optimizing your shopping experience. A cookie is a small amount of information that’s downloaded to your computer or device when you visit our Site.
